BETTER BODY BOOTCAMP ~ Don’t miss this opportunity to participate in a GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING class! Kurt will guide you through a fun and energetic group workout that will challenge you to become a better YOU!
CYCLE ~ All fitness levels are welcome to join this indoor spinning class for an intense cardio workout. Motivating instruction will drive you up and down those hills as you peddle to an always spectacular ! A sweat towel and giant bottle of water are a must for this workout. Limited bikes available, so show up 5 to 10 minutes early for a spot!
PURE SPIN ~ A fantastic cardio workout your body will love! Clip-in spin shoes are recommended but not required. Workout towel and water bottle highly recommended. Limited bikes available, show up 10 minutes early for a spot!

BOXING TRAINING with STACEY ~ Interested in learning how to box? New students must receive an introductory training session from Stacey prior to joining the class. Please contact Stacey via Fit For Life for more information. All levels welcome and students will be responsible for bringing hand-wraps and boxing gloves.
