YOGA ~ Yoga supports stress management, mental health, mindfulness, healthy eating, weight loss and quality sleep. This yoga class is for beginner/intermediate levels with modifications for all abilities. All experience levels welcome. The focus will be on safety, stretching, strengthening and calming the mind.
SUNRISE BOOT CAMP ~ Benefits of the Boot Camp Workout include burning calories, increasing strength, boosting confidence, improving aerobic endurance, aid coordination, increasing balance, changing lifestyle outlook, and motivating long-term health.
BETTER BODY BOOT CAMP ~ Don’t miss this opportunity to participate in a GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING class! Kurt will guide you through a fun and energetic group workout that will challenge you to become a better YOU! BODY SCULPT ~ Workouts vary between light weights and body weight resistance movements to sculpt your entire body. Benefits of the Body Sculpting class are stronger muscles, enhanced ability to do everyday activities, greater flexibility and range of motion, improved balance, reduced risk of injury and extra joint protection, better posture as muscles and bones strengthen, easier weight loss with a faster metabolism and reduced body fat.
CYCLE ~ All fitness levels are welcome to join this indoor spinning class for an intense cardio workout. Motivating instruction will drive you up and down those hills as you peddle to an always spectacular ! A sweat towel and giant bottle of water are a must for this workout. Limited bikes available, so show up 5 to 10 minutes early for a spot! Indoor cycling classes are as challenging as they are exhilarating. Benefits of a cycle class include weight loss, improved strength, and endurance.
PURE SPIN ~ A fantastic cardio workout your body will love! Clip-in spin shoes are recommended but not required. Workout towel and water bottle highly recommended. Limited bikes available, show up 10 minutes early for a spot! Benefits of a Pure Spin class are that it’s easy on the joints, decreases stress, burns Calories, improves strength, builds mental strength, strengthens core, gives sense of community and promotes a Healthy Heart.
PURE SPIN + ABS ~ All the intensity of a great indoor spinning class… but with an additional ab workout included! Don’t forget that sweat towel. Limited bikes available, so show up 5 to 10 minutes early for a spot! Includes all the benefits of pure spin. Plus, building ab strength will create a strong core which improves sports performance, prevents lower-back pain and helps to improve your posture. You’ll breathe better with a strong core and develop a slimmer waistline.
STEP ~ Cardio & Strength. This class combines music and fitness to create a fun and exciting environment for exercise. STEP is a great way to improve strength, balance, coordination and concentration. Every class will have a variety of STEP basics, strength and choreography. The class will vary from week to week to keep it fresh!

BOXING TRAINING with STACEY ~ Interested in learning how to box? New students must receive an introductory training session from Stacey prior to joining the class. Please contact Stacey via Fit For Life for more information. All levels welcome and students will be responsible for bringing hand-wraps and boxing gloves.
